I absolutely love this place, the staff is amazing and they’re all super professional and comfortable around their patients. I felt super safe and relaxed the entire time I had my extraction being done. I felt good about trusting this team because the whole process was painless! Nothing like what I experienced at one Loudoun dental. If you ever need an extraction or another dental procedure DO IT HERE this is the place!!!! There’s a ton of good precision and they used a proper amount of numbing medication for when they are working on you!!! They REFUSE to work on you if you’re in pain and he meant it!!! I had issues with so many other dental places before and this one is by far the best in Virginia. Do NOT miss your opportunity to come here!!!!💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥

However, on October 2nd I did wait two hours for my procedure today to begin, and they weren’t able to do my root canal as planned. Just as some criticism I wish they would’ve scheduled with me for the appointment to be a month ahead instead of the next week especially if they were deciding to not do it because of my extraction zone healing. But other than that I still love the staff here!
NEW UPDATE 2
Nearing the end of November to the beginning of December was great here! I had my root canals done here and my temporary crowns. Going in for permanent ones this week. Overall a wonderful office and it felt great to be back!!!!

I had multiple wisdom teeth removed at Russell Dental, and the experience was exceptional. The dentist provided thorough follow-up care immediately after the extraction. I had a very smooth healing process. Tiffany consistently goes above and beyond, handling insurance matters and scheduling with ease. I highly recommend this friendly, professional team—they truly are the best dental practice in Northern Virginia!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Front desk, dental assistant, and dentist really eased my anxiety. The dentist is the last place id visit but today really felt more friendlier than other dentist offices I've been to. I plan to continue my dental care in this office
